Dr. Rattner, a dentist since 1982 operates his dental practice in College Park and Gaithersburg, MD.<\/p>\n
The Amos Kendall Award is presented by the Gallaudet University Alumni Association (GUAA) and the Laurent Clerc Cultural Fund Committee.<\/p>\n
This year the Laurent Clerc Cultural Fund celebrates its 50th anniversary. Awards will be given out during Charter Day Awards and Luncheon Program on Saturday, April 6th.<\/p>\n
