J.D.C.C. invited Rabbi Fred Friedman of Baltimore, Maryland to conduct services. A big thanks goes to him. We will miss him in 1995 as he is celebrating his tenth year of service with Brooklyn Hebrew Society of the Deaf for both holidays, Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur. Because of this, we had a group discussion on “Future ASL Approach Services. Thanks to Ira Rothenberg for leading and moderating a great group discussion. It was fun and a challenge. See page 4 and 5 on highlights and results.

This year, we had thirty-one adults. It was real nice. The Teens services was a big success with six children. Thanks to Melanie Chaplick and Barbara Boyd for their hard working and well deserved praise. Also a big thanks goes to Rabbi Gottesman and Hillel Hebrew Academy for letting us use space at their facilities.
