Sarah Radin, (Austin, TX) Social Action/Tikun Olam Vice President of the Southwest Region of United Synagogue Youth has put together a booklet for the Leadership Training Institute. What is the difference between American Sign Language and Signed Exact English? etc. Then she gave a short lecture on the Jewish Deaf community and the history of the Deaf
