Passover-Shabbat Service – March 31, St. Louis, MO

10th Annual Shabbat St. Louis
March 31 @ 10:00 am – 1:00 pm Free

New and enhanced music will highlight “When You Believe,” the 10th anniversary edition of Shabbat St. Louis, a community Shabbat of Passover worship service. This years’ service will take place at 10 a.m. on Saturday, March 31, at Congregation Temple Israel.

Torah study led by rabbis and cantors from some of the participating congregations will be offered at 9 a.m., leading up to the service. A Passover Kiddush will follow the service.
All ages are welcome!

Shabbat St. Louis is led by adults and youth from congregations Shaare Emeth, Shir Hadash Reconstructionist Community, Temple Emanuel, Temple Israel-Alton, Temple Israel-St. Louis, and United Hebrew and by students from Saul Mirowitz Jewish Community School. The service will be sign language interpreted.

Singer-songwriters Lucy Greenbaum, Ron Cytron, and Rob Aronson, joined by a community choir comprised of singers from area congregational and community vocal groups, will lead the musical portions of the service, accompanied by the band HaShemesh.

Service attendees are asked to bring a donation of non-perishable food for the Harvey Kornblum Jewish Food Pantry.

Shabbat St. Louis is made possible by the generosity of congregational and community sponsors and with the guidance and support of the Association of Reform Rabbis.
