Latest video from Jewish Deaf Multimedia (JDMM) says when “It came to pass when Pharaoh let the people go”, it marked an important milestone: the departure of the Jews from Egypt. This parsha is the last time we see the Jews under Pharaoh’s control. (Whew!)
In this week’s parsha, one of the miracles that took place was the manna – bread from heaven. As the Jews travelled through the desert for forty years, they were sustained by this daily miracle. G-d also commands Moses to save some of the manna in a jar for future generations. This means that the manna has an eternal message that is applicable even in our generation. What is it?
