Jewish Women’s Play on Los Angeles Rabbis including our Rebecca Dubowe!

WomenRabbisThe Jewish Women’s Theatre is presenting a benefit reading of a new play “Stories from the Fringe: Women Rabbis, Revealed!” at the Museum of Tolerance in Los Angeles.

This “extraordinary play based on the stories of 18 LA Rabbis” was written by Rabbi Lynne A. Kern and Ronda Spinak and directed by Eve Brandstein. Among the 18 rabbis is Rabbi Rebecca Dubowe, a deaf rabbi at Temple Adat Elohim in Thousand Oaks since 1997.

There will be two performances: Saturday January 22 at 7pm, and Sunday January 23 at 7.30 pm.

Proceeds from both performances will go to Jewish Women’s Theatre Women Rabbis’ Story Archive.
