8″ x 10″ De’VIA Watercolor Art Print “Archiving History Makers” by Kim Anderson. This artwork was done for the Facebook 2019 De’VIA February Challenge.
De’VIA is an acronym for Deaf View/Image Art, which is art genre that examines and expresses the Deaf experience/worldview from a cultural, linguistic, and intersectional point of view.
The original artwork was done by hand, on Canson cold press watercolor paper with Dr. Ph Martin Radiant Watercolors, and a black micron pen. It was photographed and uploaded to be digitally printed on premium textured matte cardstock ideal for watercolor artworks.
