The Jewish Deaf Multimedia (JDMM) posted the following videos the past month:
> “Parshas Vayishlach” – Getting the Last Word
Discussion of the scuffle between Jacob and the wrestling angel. As soon as Jacob emerges as the clear victor in the battle, the angel resorts to grabbing Jacob’s hip and dislocating it.

> “Parshas Vayeitzei”
One of the most famous events in the parsha is that of Jacob’s dream. On the way to his uncle, Jacob stops over in Jerusalem and dreams of a ladder stretching heavenward, with angels going up and down on it.
With this imagery in mind, we focus on the theme of “miraculous situations” in this week’s parsha discussion on “The Living Parsha”.

> “Parshas Toldos”
In Parshas Toldos, we read about the famous story of Esau’s selling of his birthright to his younger brother Jacob. But do you know what rationale caused Esau to give it away?

> “Parshas Chayei Sarah”
Oftentimes, we allow our biased feelings to affect what we say and do. But at times, we realize that the right thing to do is ignore such temptation.
Eliezer was one of these people. He was the loyal servant of Abraham. In this week’s parsha, we see how he went to great lengths to help his master’s family, despite his conflicting personal desires.

Raffi Lehrer – Have you ever wondered why the ASL sign for “bar mitzvah” depicts someone wrapping something on his left arm? Well, the answer can be found in this charming artwork by Raffi Lehrer of Belgium, entitled (appropriately) Bar Mitzvah. The prominently large black objects in the picture are, of course, the two parts that make up the mitzvah of tefillin.
