Susan Cohen with Washington Society of Jewish Deaf (WSJD) has announced that Rabbi Ellen Roth, a deaf Rabbi from Chicago, will lead Rosh Hashanah services and discussion session.
Ephrat Dvir and Hillel Goldberg will co-lead the afternoon Yom Kippur service.
