The Jewish Deaf and Hard of Hearing Impaired Council in Clifton, NJ says “The council provides funds for interpreters and other assistance to enable deaf and hearing-impaired people to participate in Jewish communal and life-cycle events and religious education.  There is no fee for the service.”
