Founder of preschoolers program in Florida Community Center retires

Edward Rosen who served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in India in 1966-68, tutored in the Harlem Vlunteer Project Awareness program and taught public school before getting his masters degreein social work and taking on different positions within the Jewish community eventually becoming executive director of the South Dade Jewish Community Center in 1983.

One of the programs J started under his leadership included a hearing impaired program for preschoolers.

An article in Tribune Pinecrest announced his retirement.
