Rafael Pinkhasov Pinchas has written a new 370 page book “The History of the Deaflympics Games 1924-2018” which narrates the achievements of deaf athletes of leaders of Jewish faith who excelled at the Deaflympics in the past including JDCC president Sharon Ann Dror who competed as a figure skater at the Winter Deaflympics in 1975.
