Gerry Buckley, incoming president of National Technical Institute for the Deaf (NTID) in Rochester, NY announced new members to the NTID Administrative Council which works closely with him in implementing NTID’s strategic goals.
Among the new members was the appointment of Bernard Hurwitz, JD of Pittsford, Executive Assistant to the President with oversight responsibility for the college
