Gallaudet University Alumni Association (GUAA) at Gallaudet University in Washington, DC hosted its Charter Day 49th Awards and Brunch Ceremony on Saturday, April 7.
Among recipients of awards from its Laurent Clerc Cultural Fund were 2 Jewish Deaf female leaders:
- June Rothenberg McMahon of Florida who received the Alice Cogswell Award.
- Roslyn Goodstein Rosen of Arizona who received the Amos Kendall Award
- Jacqueline S. Roth of New York who received the Laurent Clerc Award.
