In 1998, there was a Deaf/Hearing Seder that was hosted by Havurat Shalom in Somerville, MA, with a haggadah that was developed incorporating the Deaf experience and how that parallels with the Jewish experience. We had an equal number of Deaf and hearing attendees. It was a success.
