Rabbi David Kastor, a Deaf rabbi who received his Rabbinic semicha (degree) from Ner Yisrael Rabbinical College, will lead a class on Zoom. Rabbi Kastor graduated from Gallaudet University in Washington, D.C. in 1986 with a bachelor’s degree in computer science. He founded the Ahavas Yisrael School of the Deaf in Frederick, Maryland, and has worked for deaf Jewish outreach, Our Way, as regional representative of Maryland for 31 years.
