Temple Beth Solomon of the Deaf (TBS) in Northridge, CA celebrates its 60th anniversary this year. Although the coronavirus epidemic has dampened planning, TBS president Joe Slotnick says “We are hoping to have a small celebration of our 60th Birthday at the June 5th Shabbat service, but at this time we don’t know if the quarantine will be lifted.”
The TBS Sisterhood celebrates its 58th anniversary simultaneously! Their Milestone Anniversary community celebration is still scheduled for October 4 at Valley Beth Shalom.
