Our Deepest Sympathies:
* Sylvia Migden Weinstock, 96, Lake Worth, Florida, May 29th, 2019
Sylvia was born August 4, 1922 in New York City. She moved to Margate, Florida with her beloved husband Cecil after her retirement from IBM where she was an Administrative Account Specialist for the information systems group for 25 years.
Sylvia was the 7th of 7 children and the only one born in America. She attended Hebrew school and did very well, no small feat for a deaf person. Among her many accomplishments, she was sisterhood secretary, hosted many events and along with her husband was extremely active in temple functions and holiday services. She loved to play cards, go to the casino, enjoy her family and was always a sweet upbeat person.
Sylvia was predeceased by her husband Cecil, who shared the same exact birthday as her. Also predeceased were her parents and all her siblings. She is survived by her daughters, Carole Greenberg, Lorre Weinstock and her son-in-law Andy Greenberg as well as a grandson and 3 great grandchildren. Source: Florida Society of Jewish Deaf
