Two of 3 business owners of Campground are Jewish

Andrew St. Cyr and Jane Jonas are two of the three deaf business owners who joined forces to purchase 23 acres of land in Lost River, WV to start a deaf-centered outdoor space.

The dream of this venture, “Lost River Vacations” is to convert the property into a campground with several tiny houses near a state park.

In an interview with “The Daily Moth”, they said they are outdoor lovers and created a road and parking lot on wild property, added electricity, drilled for a well, and set up septic.

They have built and hope to build up to 8-10 tiny houses for rental in the future. They hope to build hiking trails and have a Disc golf course on the property. It has been a two year project and they plan to have a Launch party on April 28th.

A Kickstarter campaign and auction is planned to raise more funds to expand the center.
