The Durant High School Drama Department’s presentation this week of “The Diary of Anne Frank” is intended to commemorate the national Days of Remembrance for Holocaust victims and strike a blow against bullying.
The play recounts the true story of a Jewish teenager who, along with her family, went into hiding from the Nazis during their occupation of the Netherlands during World War II.
