It was reported in latest issue of "The Congregation News:" The TBS Sisterhood and Board of Directors bids farewell to Sisterhood Secretary and Social Chair, and TBS Vice President, Carol Trachtenberg, as she moves to Florida for a new adventure. She’s been a great fundraiser and has brought a very special spirit to the Sisterhood and TBS.

Jewish Vegetarian Dinner for Young Adults - Southern California

Jewish Vegetarian Interactive Dinner
August 10, 2014 from 4pm – 8pm

According to her proposal on #MakeItHappen, Jamie explains "The idea is for Jewish young adults to learn the benefits and art of raw cuisine, which includes unexpected, mind-blowing health results. It will be visual-friendly and social experience for an engaging audience of deaf, hard-of-hearing and hearing peers."

It is a Living foods cooking demonstration by Chef Jenny Ross, there will be a four-course gourmet meal with guest speakers, fun activities and raffle prizes.

Sign Language Interpreter will be provided. Sponsored by the Ruderman Foundation via the #makeithappen Schusterman Initiative with co-sponsorship from the Moishe House Orange County.
